SHANDONG TAISHAN PAPER CO.,LTD, established in 1977,which involves pulp and paper making, paper conversion, electricity generating and heating supplying and technology & science research. It is a large-scale co***ny, including 3 ancillary co***nies now. There are 3,500 employees, and 868 engineers and technicians among them. The co***ny covers an area of 450,000 square meters, total assets are 1,500 million RMB Yuan. The paper production capacity is 300,000 MT per year. The co***ny was awarded one of the china 20 the Biggest Paper Making Industry Enterprise. The co***ny has already passed ISO9002 international quality management system in August 2000, and now it is fulfilling the standard of ISO14001 international environment management system. The co***ny is the only co***ny that their main products are Light Weight Coated Paper in china.
The production line of 100,000 tons per year LWC paper is a technology innovation project, under the National Economical and Trade file No.961,The gross investment of the project is 560million RMB Yuan. About 311 sets new equipments are added. The paper machine and its system. sizing and coating system. and soft calendar system are imported from France, pulp approach flow system/pulp prepare system. Wet end chemical system/size and coating color preparation system/rewind machine/cutting machine. flat and reel wrapping machine/ DCS/ QCS and WIS are imported from Finland , Sweden, Germany or ***in respectively.The reel width of the machine is 4580mm, designed speed is 1,100 m/s. the main products are 45gsm¡ª80gsm LWC paper. The production line has been run stably since 6th,August 2003. the average output is about 10,000 tons per month.
The main products are as follow:
Newsprint paper , LWC paper , offset print paper , cast and coated paper , top-grade writing paper etc. Products are sold in all parts of china, and as well as in Japan, USA, India, Singapore, Iran, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, and etc.
